Lovely Monday

The day started out really great with very minimal traffic on the way to the office. At around noon, hubby passed by for a relaxing lunch in Century Village. It is actually one of our favorite restaurants in Dubai, as this was where we had our first real date in 2007.

I ordered the lamb chops, but I felt really jealous of hubby's Wagyu burger. Next time I'll know what to get!

After office, I was off to Jumeirah Beach Road to meet up with good friends and our High School English teacher who is visiting Dubai for a couple of months. We spent the night digging into tasty Thai fare while indulging in "walk back to memory lane" conversations peppered with boisterous laughter.
